Patricia began practicing law in the Intellectual Property field in 1998 and has extensive experience in counseling across a broad range of IP areas, as well as in trademark prosecution and administrative litigation at the Brazilian PTO.
Over her career, she has worked for several of the largest IP firms in Brazil, and has more than 10 years of experience in complex IP court litigation, including patents and civil and criminal seizures.
